The only semi-easy way you might be able to get this done would be to place some kind of unit at each spot and set those units to a unit group. Then you could pick a random unit from the unit group, send the drone to build the hatchery at that units position, and then destroy the unit. I'm not sure.
But it still does not work. It still takes sometime the same drone or/and the same point.
Any have an idea? I don't see any problem here, but it's not working the way I want.

I've 4 drones that randomly make a hatchery at 1 of the 4 points. I currently have this:
But I want them to not build a hatchery at the same location where one is already build. Any ideas?
