yes, the difference if that its useful for doing a "switch action" that requires more complex conditions that the switch action wouldnt be able to do, as once one of the ifs become true, it does not check the rest of them, thats why they are titled "else if", also its the exact same as just chaining a bunch of if the elses together, if that helps you understand (by chaining i mean you put each new if/then else inside of the else of the previous one)
so just use them if you have many different outcomes and you only want one of them to be true

There is no difference. The If Then Multiple is only included for convenience.
