okay im looking to find how i can change the movement speed in the data table dynamicly through triggers. I'm sure there is a way because there is an action to reset movement speed. Just cant find how to set the movement speed of the unit.
the idea behind this is when you release forward to move the hellion it keeps clicking 5 units in front of it untill the movement speed is reduced to zero. this way you kind of roll when you release forward.
I have a question regarding to set unit property action. When I try to change the units max hp the game crashes, my friend says that I have to give him a ability which gives him more max hp, is that true or can I do it with triggers?
I just did it to test it out and I didn't save it.
But the trigger looked like this:
Events -
Unit - Unit gains an experience level
Condition -
None
Local Variables -
Stats[1] = 0 (Real Variable)
Action -
Set Stats[1] = Maximum health of triggering unit + 10
Unit - Set maximum health of triggering unit to Stats[1]
This makes the game crash, it looked like what I wrote above!

Kimphoe, odd that your game crash. But regarding the trigger you made, you should choose a more accurate way to refer to your hero than "triggering unit".
Also, I would choose an Integer variable instead of a Real variable as Health Points don't have decimals. (That might be why your game crash).
I am too having issues regarding the "set property" action trigger. In my map, I modify the movement speed of a unit group to make them not separate on the way to the player's base.
The issue I'm having is that when I set the movement speed, it effectively works (Moving my cursor the armor's unit made it clear), but as soon as the computer unit is given order, the movement speed is reset.
It does work with the player's unit, but when ordered, the computer's unit reset their speed.
Someone know what the issue could be ?
