Information:
Sometimes the map runs smoothly, other times it crashes randomly.
Map contains no custom script or GUI.
Crash occurs after first wave has been spawned (press y for testers).
Played on 2 different computers at the lowest graphics settings, same result.
I've just taken the time to test out your map and have found your error. The reason the game is crashing is due to the Fidget field being set improperly on the units you've edited.
If this was an intended change (as to not have the units turning while standing there) then simply remove the Turn value from the Chance Array inside the Fidget field on each of the units. The items in the Chance Array have values that have a sum of 100 (for 100%), balance out the other two values to equal 100% after removing the Turn value. Leave the turn rate and turn angle at 90% which is the default.
However, if this was an unintended error then remember to leave every value as close as possible to the original unit unless you need to change it and know what it does, such as the unit's size or movement speed among other things.
If there is anything else causing it to crash then I will have another look, but as far as I can tell... this seems to have solved the problem on my end.
Please, make a bug report on the corresponding forum. Blizzard devs are really interested in fixing those crashing bugs as they can ruin the user experience.
Looking for someone to please find out for me, I can't figure out why the map I'm working on crashes at fairly random times.

Good luck and many thanks for any partaking.
<-- too lazy to play map, what does it actually DO when it crashes? Does it give you an error message, BSOD, just quits, etc. etc. etc.

Did you try pressing B-P-U-D-F-R-R-5-4-1, I know sometimes that works.
