Basically I have units in region X and I want to make copies of them in region Y. I got it to work partially so far, but the main problem is it doesn't copy the exact unit composition. Take a look at the screenshot below..
The 2 marauders and 2 banelings are in region X. I want to spawn 2 more marauders and 2 more banelings in region Y (the red area with the lone marine). I don't want to use a basic "spawn 2 marauders and 2 baneling" trigger because what I'm trying to do is spawn waves of units every X seconds where the units spawned are based off of what units are on top of those beacons (aka region X).
Here's the trigger I have currently..
Edit: I've singled out the source of the problem to be the "index" aspect of the trigger.
Also, note that you can easily modify this to allow the new units to be cloned with the same relative positions as well as orientations.
Basically, just add a Point inside the region to be cloned from, and then modify the "Create ..." command to do the math to determine the relative X and Y of the units to be cloned relative to that Point, and then use those offsets.

No one has any ideas!? :(
@NKspartan:
This works on mine:
To clarify: source is a region named that way because it is where the units that will be copied are.
Thanks, xytor!!! That's very helpful.
