I imported an image to put on my map's loading screen. But I can't find it when I browse the files in Map Loading Screen Options. I tried renaming it, changing it's path. But nothing work. What am I doing wrong?
s3rius, I have imported a .dds image, but it showed me a box with blue and red colors. I saved the map and then that box disappeared remaining just grey where the image should be.This is the message that appeared in the Editor text box: Unable to load image from 'Hydralisk.dds' (Core: invalid or unexpected object format)
Can you help me?
Sorry it still didn't worked. I forgot to mention that first this image was a .jpeg. I converted to .dds using the "easy2convert jpg to dds" program.
Mabe I need to find a .dds image that looks like that.
It probably used a compression method that doesn't work in SC2. In case this program doesn't give you compression methods you will have to try another one.

Have you saved the map after importing? It doesn't show up otherwise.

That would have been my second question - no jpg is not supported.
You can only use .tga or .dds for images.

Import, save map, exit editor and reopen map sometimes helps.
Nice necro by the way.

I use Aorta for SC2 texture conversions.

Thank you. It worked with Aorta. This will help me in future situations. Thank you again.
