Let's say that I want to start a cooldown on every starport's ability except for the take off and land abilities right after the starport construction is finished, how should I do that!?
I'd like to start a cooldown on units training abilities as well as on modules building abilities and I only want the initial cooldown without any subsequent one.
I have searched for long, but I found nothing about it.
@Vurek: Go For the units you have to edit the Starpot Train ability, and add a start cooldown for each one. You need to set the cooldown's location to 'Unit' so each Starport has its own cooldown. You can do the same for the abilities to build addons.
