i got this to work in the data editor cept you have to post each time so yeah i have 40 timer sets and animation set time and it plays evry .1 second of the animation
You dont need to tailor it to every animation. The only problem with having a smooth animation would be how long it would take. Why go as far as to use data? Triggers could do it for every unit and without much effort.
fantastic job. Now good luck getting it to work globally. I would love to see that work and made available to the rest of us.
you still working on this it looks good
Last reply was 186 days ago. Half a year. Guess if he's still working on it ;)

he posted an example map of how to do this at the bottom of the first page....
all he does is have a loop that sets animation on the model to a % of the animation stage so
100% 95% 90% 85%
and so on untill reaching 0% of the death animation......
but i mean its choppy i had a thought of a way to do this but its more complicated cause no loops in actors or is there?

Its triggered... and a loop. You cant really avoid choppyness Unless you custom tailor it for each animation. And computer.
I really wouldnt worry about choppyness
