It's possible to make script with pause AI for Player? In-game action "Pause AI Time" is paused ALL AI in the map, but I need to pause AI only for selected Player.
You could make the units controlled by a computer player, then when the human player goes into RTS mode, change the ownership of the units to the human player. Then when he goes back to TPS, change the ownership back to the computer player.

What's the use case? Pause the Player's units instead?
No, I need pause AI script )
For example - I control unit in the TPS mode, AI is ruled my base. When I go out from TPS unit and play in RTS mode AI script must be stop.
There simply isn't a script pause function for a specific player.
So make a boolean that is checked at the start of your script that returns when the boolean is set to true.
