I did a comparison on all galaxy files contained in the new patch mpq with the old ones to find new native functions:
(i've added new constants as well if they are required for any of the new functions)
ray intersection with cliffs? is there one for normal terrain too? cO
tryed to do it with normal terrain height but since we can't get the ground planes i had to make it with a loop and that sucks

U want to know if a line from point1 to point 2 is intersectet with a line from point3 to point4?
well u can write a function i think...
nono i mean if the terrain blocks the way from x/y/z to x/y/z (for bullets or etc)
line intersection is not that hard
