Well, just tried to change something in my Level Behavior (adding levels and stuff) and i noticed that if you create a new VeterancyBehavior - and add VeterancyLevel's (new indexes) to it, the 'Modify Flags' will show as 'e_behaviorModifyUnknown' until you completly reload your whole map - after that the correct ModifyFlags will be shown
Reproduce Steps:
Create a new CBehaviorVeterancy
Go into the VeterancyLevel+ (Array)
Create a new Level
After that you should see that 'Modify Flags' is actually messed up (showing e_behaviorModifyUnknown), aswell as where you add new indices the Modify column will be messed up too
