Hello, I made up some custom skins and created a mod by replacing the Models in the Data editor, but when i tested with some friends I realized my skins only replace the default skins how can I make the skins to replace skins, even if other are selected? also if there is a way to select if i want to use the Mod skins or the default skins in the Lobby
If you want to disable custom unit skins, go to <GamePlayData> tab and disable <CGame_EnableRewardSkins>. Combine this with Player/GameAttribute and trigger like DrSuperEvil said above.

Skins can be applied/removed using triggers. You probably want to make a player/game attribute that people can toggle.
