The name of the texture is "DecalTag_ClanLogo_Diff.dds" so all i need to do is make new texture name it "DecalTag_ClanLogo_Diff.dds" then put it to Assets/Textures? what about the second one? name it "DecalTag_ClanLogo_Diff_01.dds"?
Here is my solution... It sure works for the clan, unfortunatly i had to use tint color for the flags with a white flag texture replaced as you guys said it the importing technic.
I tried my best to change the texture of that thing. (i will need multiple versions, so i can not just simply replace the texture with importing one)
I do not know how to apply other than "main" textures, and this editor doesn't really helps about that... Here is what i did so far.

Well, first you will need to know the name of the textures.dds files.
Export the file and open it with whatever program you have that can edit and save .dds file.
After you are satisfy with the result, you will need to import it file back.
Place the file in :
Assets/Textures/
It is very important that you put the file exactly there.
Save the map, close and reopen the map.
If the texture did not change, close and reopen the editor and the map.

Thanks, but that is not gonna solve my problem, as i mentioned above, i want to use more than 1 texture.
If you want to use more, just repeat the steps.

It is that or use triggers to texture swap the actor which uses the texture.
