I am adding a lot of Model Additions (tentacles and stuff) to decorate the look of some of my units. Can a lot of Model Additions cause any form of unintended issues?
As all models have a number of polygons they can cause lag if there are too many at once similar to having over 3k normal units at once slows the game down.

I attach a Site Operation (Rotator) in the Event field of the telefrag, which makes it spin slowly. The telefrag is attached as a Model addition to the Supply Depot.
Even without te spin, it lags a lot when the telefrag is attached to the Supply Depot. If I remove the telefrag, the lag goes away. So I guess there is something with the model itself that makes it lag? : /

Is there any way to reduce the lag of a model`?
I have created a meat grinder that looks dope. It is a spinning telefrag.m3 attached to a supply depot, as on the picture below.
As soon as there are three or more meat grinders on the screen, it lags like crazy due to the telefrag...
What are you using to make it spin?

Does the telfrag model have a lot of particle physics associated with some animations?
