What are the Search: Area - Fraction and Search: Search Filters fields set to?
Search: Area - Fraction: 0 Search: Search Filters: (it's empty), when I double click, it has a list of things (Air, Armored etc..) and Allowed near every one of them.
EDIT I changed Search: Area - Fraction from 0 to 1 and now it works! Thank you a lot!
I have changed the following fields for the "Thor Hand Gun Splash Damage Target" under the Effects tab:
(Basic) Combat: Amount | 300
(Basic) Search: Area | 360:100:100:100:100:100
And yet, Thor doesn't deal Splash Damage...
