I have built an ability that works quite similar to Kratih - Crashing charge.
It works like this - the unit selects a location on the ground and charges in that direction. I use an initial persistent effect that is set to -15, which means that no matter where the unit clicks on the ground, the unit will always charge range 15 in that direction and then stop.
But here is the dilemma! - For some unknown reason, whenever a unit uses this ability, the unit turns around so it looks as it is moving backwards!
What is even more strange - ground and air units behave in different ways when I test this ability with them!
The ground units ALWAYS turn around at the exact location where I clicked on the ground. So if I for example cast the ability at range 6 away from the unit, it will move as normal toward range 6 and then immediately turn around so it moves backward the remaining distance of the ability!
When I use this ability on air units, they always turn around at the end of the ability.
I have tested the ability on several ground and air units - the results are always the same.

Any ideas how to fix this? :S
That sounds like a SOp (Smooth Rotation) issue or a turret problem. Could also be a SOp (Forward Vector) used by the ability.

Thanks for your suggestion, but none of them are used by this ability.
Any more ideas`?
What about the actor for the unit?

I checked a couple of the ground unit actors as well, no smooth rotation or anything strange, as far as I can tell.
This is super weird, never seen an ability that causes ground units turn around exactly at the point where I click :S
Any more ideas?
Does it always turn to the same direction or does it vary besed on the direction the ability is cast?

It always turns to the opposite direction, no matter what direction I order the unit to use the ability. I upload a picture to illustrate it
Are there any Simple type actors that trigger with the ability? Note not all actors show up as connected to abilities.
