as the title says I have a question about decals. I have some custom decals from here (UED, Confederacy) but when I use the UED decal for my race and I go and play the map my in-game decal (the sons of korhal one) shows up underneath the UED one. is there a way around this?
Using the Nexus as an example you will find at the far bottom of the events a Create action on Unit Birth that creates the PlayerLogoDoodadList which is an Actor List type actor. This actor in turn based on the player number creates Logo_DoodadSearch actors which are Region (Circle) type actors that use Logo_DoodadQuery actors that are Query Response type actors that target Model type actors created by the ProtossPlayerDecalMacro (Unnamed) actor of the Event Macro type. The Models also make a Doodad Effect Spawner type actor remove foliage. Finally the actor Logo_PlayerPrimaryMacro (Unnamed) of the Event Macro type does the texture swapping based on a signal received from the query response.
