Well, first I open the actor tab of the carrier and add a new line to attach a zealot to the carrier upon carrier creation but also changing the x, y and z location.
Worked fine, but i want the unit face the oposite of the carrier.
If the carrier moving to the right i want the unit to face to the left and vice verse.
Under your Model type actor for your zealot add a SOp (Explicit Rotation) SOp after your SOp (Attachment). Under the SOp set the Is Local flag to enabled, the Forward Vector to +1 and the Up Vector to +1.
You have a Unit type actor which is your carrier and a Model type actor that is your zealot. You host the zealot on the carrier using the Hosting: Host - Subject field of the Model type actor to specify your carrier actor. Under the Model type actor there is also the Hosting: Host Site Operations - Operations field where you put your SOps. Start with a SOp (Attachment) type SOp to determine on which attachment point of the host model your zealot will be placed. Finally have a SOp (Explicit Rotation) SOp to turn it to face the desired direction. Finally set the Model type actor to be created when your unit is.

Hello sc2mapster, how are you.
I would like to ask how to rotate attached unit / models, I've search the forum but so far all link return 404.
Basically I am trying to attach a zealot on top of a carrier, but I want to be able to rotate that zealot.
If any could provide a link to a tutorial I'd be very grateful.

Use a SOp (Explicit Rotation) for a static rotation, a SOp (Rotator) for continuous rotation and a SOp (Forward Vector) for dynamic rotation.
Maybe you could give some more details as to how you want it rotated?
