Here are the new model actor settings. Did the same setting as the last one but still didn't show up anything so I changed the hosted attachment method into direct:Center.
The Hosting: Hosted Attachments - Attachment Query - Methods field determines the attachment point that is rehosted when the tentacle attacks. With the Spinecrawler it needs to be set to Weapon.
So it does not even play the Stand animation? To fix that you need an actor event that uses an Actor Creation event and an Animation Bracket Start action. I advise using Attack, Stand, Death for a BSD animation.
I would advise giving each of your Model type actors a different offset so all the tentacles are visible.
Now to link your new tentacle to one of your missiles. Start by changing the Hosting: Hosted Attachments - Name field (just add A,B or C at the end of the one already used). Next go to the actor events and add a Missile Tentacle Retracted event that uses a Reference Clear action. In the Reference Name part of the Reference Clear action select custom and type in the string you used for the Hosting: Hosted Attachments - Name field. You then need to go to one of the Missile type actors used by the ammo units of your weapon and look at the actor events. There should be a Motion Phase Start event that uses a Reference Set action. Under the Reference Set action make sure the target is set to ::Supporter, the Reference Name is set to the string you used for the Hosting: Hosted Attachments - Name field of your tentacle and the Reference Source is set to ::Self. Under the Missile type actor the Hosting: Host Return - Effect and Hosting: Host Supporter - Effect fields must be set to the Launch Missile type effect of your weapon used to create the ammo unit that uses the Missile type actor.

I checked all your words and modified correctly. Found everything as well. The result is very confusing. First the original tentacle stopped bouncing back and forth when attack. Second, 3 tentacles are surely added and because of the different offset I can see all three. But they don't move at all and keeps expanding whenever I replace the spine crawler ( https://imgur.com/mcGpoQW ).
This will take forever. It'll be probably faster to link you the mod file than giving one or two screenshots.
Probably. On the other hand talking you through it would help you learn. The tentacles no being attached correctly indicates something is wrong with the Hosting: Hosted Attachments fields.

Ok the reason your tentacles are all over the place is you have site operations in the Hosting: Hosted Attachments - Host Site operations - Operations field. Remove them.

Check the actor events for any that use Animation Bracket Start actions especially ones that use the name BSD.
So they are TentacleAttack1 etc.? The Hosting: Hosted Attachments - Name field is used to give a unique identification for changing the hosting of the tentacle and should be different from the name and ID of the actor. This name is used by the actor events of the tentacle actor and of the Missile type actor to get correct movement when attacking.

Create An actor event in your tentacle Model type actors and set it to Actor Creation. For the action use Animation Bracket Start. Click the Customize button and then the green + and add BSD. Set the Name to BSD, the Opening to Attack, Content to Stand and the Closing to Death. This should animate your tentacles.

The tentacles started to move. But plays only the stand animation. Also the original tentacle and additional tentacles faces in a different direction(The three additional ones face the same direction). But I still didn't solved the attacking animation that now additional tentacles still plays the stand animation while attacking and the original tentacle isn't attacking properly.
The direction the tentacles face can be fixed by adding a SOp (Explicit Rotation) site operation actor to the Model type actors.
The attacking of tentacles is all down to the Hosting: Hosted Attachments - Name field and what that string is used for under the actor events of the actor and the Missile type actor.
Could you give details as to what the original tentacle is going?
You could see at the gif I uploaded. There are 4 tentacles and one of them is the original that moves a little bit when attack but doesn't really bounce toward enemies. The other tentacle does'nt even try to attack. The're just repeating the idle animation.
The original tentacle is turning on the turret and playing the attack animation but the tentacle is not being rehosted onto the Missile type actor.
On the spine crawler Unit type actor and your four tentacle Model Type actors, under the actor events what is the Reference Clear action set to under the Missile Tentacle Retracted event? On the Missile type actors for all five tentacles under the actor events what is the Reference Set action set to? If the Reference Name fields of those actor event actions are different from the string used in the Hosting: Hosted Attachments - Name field for that tentacle then they need to be changed to match it.

Only remaining cause could be the Effect: Ammo Unit field of the Launch Missile effects being set to the wrong unit. Unless the Hosting: Hosted Attachments - Name field does not like numbers.
