I need a animation how tentacle launch, reach certain point(for example its y-5 relative to unit face) and return. However I cant do it properly when launch missile using target point. I need do animation like tentacle attack when instant ability casts.

Problem with returning missiles is they start to return instantly if not targeting a unit.
Tentacles work by the Missile actor using a Reference Set actor event action to set the hosting of the tentacle to itself on creation.

Ok then I can create dummy unit which will be as attach point?
yes you can if it is targeting a point you could use a switch effect to create a dummy unit and launch the missile at it.

An approach that might be worth trying, but may not work, would be to use a missile mover that flys out and back, kind of like a boomerang.
