I want this charged ability to disappear in the air instead of ground. As of right now the impact values are target point and I already played with the plane array of the unit but doesn't seemed to work. I don't even know if its possible.
So you want to shoot something at the sky and do what?

Same effect as shooting in the ground but the impact would be in the air.
Add a SOp(Local Offset) SOp to the impact site operations of the Action actor.
What value should I change? X, Y or Z?
I used the Impact Point Site Operations - Operations. Is that the one?
Modify the Z giving it a positive value. Add the SOp to the Combat: Impact Site SOps - Operations field.
