Hello. I would like to have a Drop Mines ability with Effect Target of course just like the vulture's Use Spider Mines ability except that you would be able to use the 3 mines and then a cooldown starts of about lets say 60 seconds for a new fresh stack of 3 mines to become available to the player. How would I have to do that? I can't find a flag or an option for the new stack to become available and cooldown seems to become active after dropping each mine and not the 3 of them. :(
Try messing with the Enable Charge Time Queueing field? or the Defer Cooldown flag? Alternatively give the ability no charge regeneration and use a buff that applies a Modify Unit effect periodically when enabled by the charges of the ability being depleted.

As I said use a Buff behaviour that has the validator and a periodic Modify Unit effect that adds the full charge amount with the period duration being the cooldown for your charges. Your ability itself does not regenerate charges but when the charges are depleted the buff activates and after a time period restores the charges which in turn disables the buff again.
