Here is a picture of how they look so far in each of the final warp stages. I successfully managed to get the Tal'darim Warp gate to warp up and down with absolutely no problem including sounds. The Tal'darim Robotics facility though as you can see is looking very buggy. The Stargate otherwise warps just fine except that its missing that red sphere that I think Tal'darim Stargate are supposed to have when upgraded to their warp versions. So for starts. Here is exactly what I did and I repeated the exact same process with each of them(attempted to at least):
1. After creating the necessary units, I created the actors for the Tal'darim Structures and set them to parent of the original. Same goes with the morphing abilities.
2. I altered all the abili* morph event terms to the new units and morphing abilities.
3. Was sure to check the button was set up correctly and checked the models of the new one. They are correctly set it seems.
4. Double Checked everything for inconsistencies and made some small alterations to the Gateway and warp gate, but have not to the others. This part is what I think might be key to solving the problem. When I was trying to solve the Tal'darim gateway morph. I had to specificy a few subs to the ability that I was using, even though they were specified in the original. However I tried doing this with a few things and have not been successful so far. Here are the event for Tal'darim Robotics Facility(Before Warped):
Only part touched was the abili* morph event terms.
And this part is after its been upgraded to warp. Again only touched the abilimorph terms. Double checked them too. Now for the Tal'darim Stargate. I am not even sure if there is a problem with the Stargate, since I am not certain if it is even able to get that red spherical light the warp gate does. At least not the conventional way.

Now if I am not able to fix the Tal'darim Stargate(if it even needs to be fixed), then its not the biggest deal in the world. Although something definitely needs to be figured out about that Robotics Facility. Its too broken to be overlooked. Now something to know is that both structures are successfully changing into the object instances that they need to be and working as such, but just not the appearance. Its a similar problem to the Hydralisk morph to Lurker den I was having, although I think that there might be a much simpler solution to these.
EDIT: I think I figured out what might be the issue. If I am not mistaken, the Tal'darim Robotics Facility and Stargate simply where not programmed with Warp upgrades. Maybe I am wrong. If this is in fact the case then that makes thing a lot easier. I can just change the game player mechanics of Tal'darim up a bit in my mod.
[Solved] Yep. My suspicions were correct. The Tal'darim Robotics Facility and Stargate don't have Warp upgrade versions. That makes things a hell of a lot easier for me now. If only I realized this earlier. Would have saved me hours of time.
