I am trying to use the new nova model assets (NovaEX3) but I can't figure out how to access the correct variation of the model and make them play the correct animations.
You can look at the m3a file animations in the cutscene editor. Open the cutscene editor with the nova model, find the animation file under files and click add. You can then see the animation names in the blue bar at the bottom.

It does and I applied it. But I still can't figure out what are the correct model animations.
Like what if I just want rifle or psiblade carrying Nova with those attack/walking/cast animations, and I wanna exclude the rest completely.
The editor feels unnecessarily complicated sometimes.

That was helpful thank you. But have you figured out how to subtract or add specific animations to the model?

ModeratorsJust add the whole bundle. You can then mess with the events used by the Unit actor if you want it to use a specific animation at the desired time.
