I was hoping someone could help me.... I was trying to make an item give a hero a visual effect that stays with him. I saw Zantai did it with his trophies in Zerg Hunter.

Item -> Equip Behavior (your item probably already has one, for the effect it provides)
Create an attachment Actor -> Events -> add:
Behavior.?.on
create
Behavior.?.off
destroy
Now your item provides a behavior, when it is equipped and the attachment actor appears whenever the behavior is active (= item gets equipped) and disappears, when it becomes inactive (= item gets dropped)
Thats the basic idea. For how to make attachments properly, have a look at the tutorials section.
Thank you I will try that..... I'm all thumbs when it comes to te Actors... I got everything else figured out besides triggers haven't played with those yet...
