Let's say my hero's in the middle of a boss battle and is dying. I have some health potions in my inventory, and the button for the items has a hotkey (L) but when I press it... nothing happens. Does anyone know if there's a way to make it so a hotkey can use an item in the inventory? Because using the mouse takes too long.
If you use items in an item container, I don't know. But if you use the 6 available container slots directly, they have hotkeys assigned already, which do work perfectly. I, for example, use 1 container for equipment items and the 5 other slots for consumable items.
For using items within a container, you could maybe use dummy abilities and trigger the usage/charges of the items in the container.

Is there a way to "rename" the hotkeys for the items?
Instead of using Num1, Num2, Num3, Num4, Num5, Num6
Can the hotkeys be switched to 1,2,3,4,5,6 (which is more natural for a first person shooter for example)
