Make a custom splat for an ability. Make the splat follow the cursor and interact with actors within the targeted area. Try and add models to the borders for something unique.
Challenges:
Get the splat to follow the cursor
Retexture the splat to look unique
Add models to make it look less flat
Tips
Check how the Psi Storm Cursor Splat actor is set up
SOpBasicScopeFollow allows the actor to follow the scope of the creating event
SOpShadow allows models to hug the terrain while SOp Tipability allows models to turn to conform to the terrain angle
Splat actors cannot be retextured but the splat models used as a Model type actor can

Presto, something simple and easy. Added a nice new splat for the High Templar Feedback. I was trying to make the ghosts spawn in a circle around the point but I couldn't get the SOp Random Point in Circle to work.
