Problem is, if i change the one shield impact actor with the new impact effect, it works, but for any shield capable unit in the game.
Again your events are not being specific enough. If you look at the original Shield Impact named actor under the events it has a generic Unit Creation event that has two terms. The second term excludes missiles while the first applies to all units with a shield (again not exactly specific).
Add a Validate Unit term to the original Shield Impact named actor that uses a Combine validator that has multiple Unit Type validators and NOT logic. This will exclude specific units.
