Dude houndofbasker you have the screenshot with the problem right there... aZergBaneling got it why cant u?
Anyway long story short, I have this friend who sent me his map so i can work on it and help him out, but ive been having this issues because his map uses mods. Now he sent me his mods and i even created a folder for them on the Sc2 installation files but nothing seems to work as it should. I also did another post about this problem im seeing when i log on.
If you want to publish the map to B.net you or your friend need to publish the mod first, then link it in the dependencies list. If you're getting that message when opening the map in the editor it may be trying to download the mod because the map does not specify a local mod file. Please open File -> Dependencies and post a screenshot of that window so we can know what the situation is and what you need to do in order to fix it.

Why am i getting this error. Does anyone knows?
I believe you are uploading a map that uses dependencies that aren't published yet. Try publishing those dependencies first and then publish the map.
