How do you modify the Regeneration of an Ability Charge per Second? I've seen a thread about this I guess it didn't work on my part, strange (PS I have the Original Copy since I bought the game last summer)

I'm not 100% sure what you're asking. Do you just mean changing the (Basic)Cost: Cost - Charge - Time use? And as with all cooldowns, make sure it has something in the "link" data field as well.
For anything more complicated, look at how the Vulture does it in WoL campaign to rebuild Spider Mines. They use ability charges instead of constructing actual units like the Carrier does.
Interesting point. Could you then have two abilities share the same charge, but have one consume more upon use? I imagine so. The other day I stumbled upon having two abilities share a cooldown, but cooldown was longer when using the ability with the longer time use. Might try using this sort of system in a future map, and see if its fun.

Yes it is perfectly possible to have multiple abilities share charges and the amount of charges they use be dynamic. The charge cooldown mechanic share between them I do not know and might be based on which ability used the charge.

I meant the Charge Replenishment :)
Charge Regeneration is controlled by the Time Use field under the Charge Cost. Time start controls how long before the first charge regenerates.
More ways to modify charges will be coming in LotV.
It is worth noting that charges do not have to be natural numbers. You can have fractional units of charges.
