(it attacks random unit at random posion automatically.) and I want to use this ability while moving and attacking at the same time. how to use several abilities at tthe same time ?
I think there is an ability flag called "transient" which makes it not interrupt other abilities. That might be what your looking for. Otherwise, I'd say take a look at the hyperion ability, duplicate it, and modify it to your needs.

duplicate the hyperion air persistent effects. and create two effects or use two effects that are already created or duplicate them. one is plasma damage(damage type effect.) and another one is plasma launch missile(launch missile type effect.) and set the value in effect - initial in hyperion air persistent to plasma launch missile. and set the value in period effect in air persistent to plasma launch missile. and create a new ability or duplicate an ability. add the plasma launch missile effect in effect - effect in the ability. and do it several times. and do it several times and add several abilities to the unit. and the unit will use several abilities at the same time while attacking and moving

a periodic persistent effect oder behavior can launch as much missiles as you want it to in a given amount of time, even 0 seconds

I suggest you begin with some basic data editor tutorials. What you want to create is simple.
Button > Ability (Transient flag ticked) > Apply Behaviour (Effect) > Behaviour (Buff) > Search Area (Effect) > Launch Missile (Effect).
Dont forget the TSRandom target sorts
