Hello everyone, recently, I duplicated the calldown mule ability and instead of creating mules, it creates marines. However, the problem I am having now is that I tried to make an effect instant ability not an effect target ability. When I did, it gave me an error stating "Please select target unit". I then attempted to fix this by changing the targets to none instead of target unit/point and now the ability doesn't even work now. I am wondering what is going on.
why did you change it to an effect instant? if you don't have a reason, simply get rid of the broken duplicate and reduplicate a copy of calldown mule with the effect-target command
edit: master says you are online now. if you respond quickly, I can help you quickly. otherwise it will be whenever I happen to get back online
1. duplicate the stimpack ability
2. create a new effect, based on nothing. type is create unit
3. make that effect spawn unit a marine.
4. change your stimpack copy's effect to the effect you just made

I made it like so it spawns at the caster.
ok. well, unfortunately, you did it a tad wrong.
here is how you do that:
1. duplicate the stimpack ability
2. create a new effect, based on nothing. type is create unit
3. make that effect spawn unit a marine.
4. change your stimpack copy's effect to the effect you just made
Oh wow ... That worked perfectly! Thanks man.
