I have been tweaking the reaper around a bit, and given it an ability called jump, which is basically a morph between a normal reaper and a reaper higher up in the air that can attack air. The damage is working beautifully, along with the animation from the morph, but when either reaper attacks, the animation doesn't play right. The ground reaper does the animation correctly, but no sound comes out. The air reaper has the sound and the flash working, but the animation doesn't play. Could anyone help me out? I was thinking about simplifying both attack actors into 1 attack actor, but the attack actor can only support 1 effect.
You got a reaper that can "transform" into a flying one. But when doing so, it removes the sound effect or the attack effect when the unit attacks.
Ill start making a map so i can show you a way to make this work :) (ETA. less than 6 Hours. Because i have to go exercise , bake a cake and then eat the cake :P)
Okay, the easiest way to do this is probably to make 2 different Weapons, Attack Actors and Effects. One for the "Flying Reaper", and one for the "Walking Reaper" (do this by duplicating the Original Reaper Weapons Actor and Effects)
Then you make a trigger, so that whenever your Reaper uses the ability to "Fly" or "Walk" you remove his current weapon, and adds the other weapon.
I didn't really want to make a map just to show you, but i just finished testing this in my own map, and it worked fine for me :)
