So, I'm trying to make it so when you train a Siege Tank, you get five, instead of one. Is this possible?

I would take a look at how the Reactor add-on works in producing double units. That should lead you in the right direction.

That just adds a double Queue, I'm wanting it to only take one Queue, but make five once it finishes.

Have you tried looking at the Morph To Zergling ability?

Have a look at:

• Abilities
• Larva Morph
• To Zergling

You just have to put multiple Units into the Unit field (pretty far down) of the train ability (Factory -> Train)

EDIT 2

• Ability "Factory - Train"
• Ability - Info - Unit (Doubleclick)
• Siege Tank (Double Click)
• Scroll down, down, down to "Unit"
• Add four Tanks in tank mode
