Well, for usual behaviors/buffs its just as described. For a power field, this seems to be different. Maybe you can use a buff behavior to activate/deactivate a power behavior? In this case, you could control the buff with the validator leading to your desired effect.
Have the unit constantly emit the power field and give it a second behavior that regulates it by disabling the power behavior unless the unit is stationary.

How can i for example make a queen generate creep only when she stand still? In other words apply a behavior when she stand still?
Could have a look at the Overlord's generate creep behavior ;).
It probably uses some kind of "Unit is stationary" or "Unit moves" validator.

Smart, gonna have a look at it.
In fact i wanted a carrier to use warp prism power field whenever it was standing still.
The overlord drop creep ability have a "dissable behavor validator" and the protos powerfield does not have this field :(

Behavior of the power source kind only have building/research requirements.
Is there maybe some way to remove an behavior when i move and then reapply it when i stop?
