I am wondering if there is any specific order of operations when it comes to behavior stacking; for example:
Buff1 = Damage response, modify damage taken fraction +10%
Buff2 = Damage response, modify damage taken amount +5
Buff3 = Damage Response Modify damage taken fraction -10%
My Theory:
If you start with the same number, then apply these buffs in different orders, you will get different results; for consistency, I would like to always have the same order.
Does anyone know how the buff order is decided? My guess is that "last obtained" would be "last calculated" but it could also be that the last one obtained is the first one to be calculated.
Also, is there any way to make the order specific every time, without changing the order a buff is applied? If I were to say, may them all attributes, then use a buff to add the attribute; would the first attribute on the heroes behavior list always be the first/last to calculate?

Use triggers to list the damage taken and experiment that should be 30 mins work max.
