I can't figure out how to do this. The 'play forever' on animation brackets doesn't seem to work. I would prefer to do this with triggers.
If you want to use triggers, have the event be "channel phase starts." Then the action would be "Repeat: X times" (for duration of channel phase) followed by "Send actor message" and a wait period equal to the animation duration
