Ok. How do you create a model that is offset? I don't see any field you can modify to do that. And if this is the case how come when the battlecruiser fires their weapon it fires from the air?
You have to make the weapons launch from the weapon attachment point of the Viking. Currently I believe you are using a launch attachment point that the Viking model doesn't support. To find the right attachment point, check the Vikings attach and see what attachment points it launches from.
Hope this helped.
Edit: to clarify, the launch attachment point is designated in the "Attack" actor that I'm pretty sure u have.
Check the Viking model in the Cutscene Editor to see what Attachment Points it has and use the proper SOp Attachement actor under the Attachment - Launch Attachment Query in the Action Actor. One thing, the field name might not be correct, this is from the wiki and I believe it is different from how the editor is now.
In the Cutscene Editor hav the viking model selected and press shift+D to see a list of the attachment points. Also, to see where the attachments are on the viking, press A.
Thanks found that, but still no luck. I couldn't find the name of the attachment point in the list of stuff. I did find weapon with a index of 2, but still no luck.
Msg me for the map if you want to see it.
In game left clicking while in air mode will fire the ability.
Oh, thought you wanted it to shoot to a point in the air. You need an Action type actor. Make sure the Art - Beam field is set correctly and the events link to your Damage or Launch Missile effect.

just make a unit with laser actor and laser model. lower height of unit. set it to fly. i dont understand why those guys say same thing endless in many threads. i would just copy and paste some map or unit. this way seems way better. every each person works hard is worse than every each person doesnt work hard. it is like steps. you study of it in science. scientists dont make someone work hard to learn without something. they teach each other. they work hard with knowledges people already found. call me an idiot. i have seen people force someone to do some dog training in real life like this. this site's mood is different from other sites. not very free. blizzard needs to add a function people can share functions, units on internet. this is so inconvenient.
I have an attack that is originating from the ground of the viking. I want it to originate from the air.
How do I fix this?

You must create a model that is offset and launch it from that. You then make the model hidden.

Setting this field did the trick. Thank you!

Actually that is the point of science, to work hard to learn stuff that has not been known before.
