i am building a behaviour which should be active as long as the unit is not moving and not attacking at all.
So my question is as following:
What type of Validator should i create in order to get this working?

You need validator "Combine" which has "Unit Compare Speed" and "Unit Compare Order Count" or Order Queue validators. For the second one there is default validator called Caster Not Attacking
