So far I have taken the ghost unit and replaced it's Sniper ability effect from (Ghost - Snipe (Damage)) to (Ghost - EMP (Launch Missile)) and Zero Cost.
I changed (Ghost - EMP (Damage)) combat amount to 5 and Target - Impact Location + to Target Unit, also changed Effect-Death to impact. Under
Units - Weapon - EMP | Actors | Ghost EMP Attack Missile| I changed the Art - Scale to half and everything appears to look or act like i want it.
Now i was just wondering how can i have my missile effect "Stick" to my target like a Tranquilizer Dart, instead of just fading away...
If anyone had a better idea how to make a tranquilizer gun/effect that would be nice too.
