How can i make a unit that behaves exactly like a pathing blocker so i can manipulate it in triggers?
Increase the push priority. 9999 is a safe amount. ;)

You would want to give it all collision flags, very high mass, very high push priority, no movement rate, no ai... long list of things...
or you could make a structure with 1x1 footprint and make it invulnerable and invisible.

Can also attach a region to it with path blocking added to that.

There are built-in units called... Dynamic Pathing Blockers ...can't you use them?
