Anyone having trouble with this? Basically, I can't apply any changes to the attachments, positional offsets or otherwise. I've been trying it with the separated tank from the Item Kit on this site. I can't get the turret to sit properly on top of the tank body.
And now I'm having problems where the attachment offset doesn't work properly when I press play. If i uncheck and recheck the turret it aligns properly, but if I start the animation from the beginning it doesn't work.
OK so it's not a CE issue, it's an issue specific to the model I'm using.
Just in case anyone runs into this issue for any other models, I got around it by attaching another object to the wonky model. I used the apple.
I made turned the opacity to 0 for the apple to make it invisible, then attached the part I wanted to adjust to the apple. I could offset it properly there. There were some minor issues, but it can be resolved with patience and tweaking.
The MCE is the Monthly Cinematic Exercise. Located HERE. It unfortunately gets little to no participation which totally sucks. It might have something to do with the ideas, but I'm reluctant to use any really good ideas unless there was participation. At the very least post ideas in the idea thread for it.

Do you mean you can't find the offsets or what? Cause you need to select the attachment in the timeline for those to show.

I mean that I type in the value for the offset and it has no effect on screen. I've tried attaching it to other points but no effect.
Figured it out. attached an apple to the tank, then attached the turret to the apple. The offset issue is with the tank model apparently.
Odd but glad you got it working. Any chance your gonna participate in the MCE?
MCE?

I keep wanting to participate, but my own project have me far too busy. I plan on posting everything I do here though for everyone's review.
