(Request) Zeratul NO CAPE

    I need a zeratul, without his cape

    I know that importing/exporting doesnt support wavy curves such as the corruptors tentacles, Idk how to export a blizzard model so can someone do this for me? I dont care how u do it, I just want a zeratul, without his cape, its for a unit in my map, and hes not a hero, so if anyone can halp, thank you, Zeratul no cape You mAY see a cape in that picture, but

    I still want the regular model, but without his cape, not to much to ask no?

    There you go. No model editing, no imports, just this.

    To show the cape again, just remove the Texture Select By Id actor event from the actor.

    do it yourself, converting the map to a mod takes some seconds. Also you could have a look at the actual data in the map and do it yourself in the map, I changed about 3 objects, shouldn't be too hard to figure out. Using a mod for 3 data objects seems a little excessive, as well. Mods used to be heavily limited, I don't know, if there is still a limit to mods, but I wouldn't use a mod for 3 objects only.

    Doesn't work, I followed all the changes to the model, no difference,I closed 100% out of the editor, then back in, no help,

    You can even copy&paste the objects to your own map.

    I only made changes to following objects:
    -the model, you found that already
    -textures, I added a new texture called Black
    -the actor, I added new Events +

    Just changing the model doesn't suffice. You need the texture object and the additional events as well.

    Why don't you take a look at tutorial link kueken kindly provided you with? You'll learn something new and useful. And you'll be able to better understand what he did in that map.

    Or if you prefer not to learn new things, you could check your old thread where you asked about the same thing. Back there you were provided with an answer and you said:

    Either way here the alternative solution from that thread:

    go to units actors
    pick events tab

    Add following:

    event: "Actor Creation"
    message: "Timer Set" (timer name "Ribbons" (for convenience))

    event: "Timer Expired"
    term: "Timer Name" (set name to "Ribbons")
    message: "Destroy Ribbons"

    event: "Timer Expired"
    term: "Timer Name" (set name to "Ribbons")
    message: "Timer Set" (set timers name to "Ribbons" and duration to 0.01)
