With the textures isn't that easy... I can't just pick a texture and aply it to another unit. I've tried modifying the colors of the corsair, but with no result (the model doesn't have specular, maybe that's the cause).
I can't get to distinguish what's the problem with the arbiter and the reaver. They seem perfect to me.
The arbiter is a problem only for therorrasque,i watched better the textures of the reaver and arbiter,and you are right,they don't need modifications,and the reaver uses yet colossus textures :),i don't want to ask you too much :D
I have some advice regarding models/textures: In my opinion a portrait that need to be improved is Edmund Duke: in SC2 all important characters got big portrait, Duke no, the camera is far instead of be near. His armor is too pinkish and should be dark red (and maybe with 2 golden stars near the helmet, showing he is a badass general and not a common soldier). His nose is too red (and reminds me Boris Eltsin, former president of Russia :D). Also he got a bit less of hair in SC1. But for this you need to have permission from GhostNova. If other members agree with this, some buildings need to be rotated to appear like in SC1 (Arbiter tribunal, Observatory, Citadel of Adun, Hydralisk Den, Zerg extractor, Terran academy for example). The Battlecruiser main body is too dark, and the difference between the one in our remake and the original is minimal, it should be light gray/almost white; the same goes for the dropship. Artanis skin should be changed to brown like the original portrait: the protoss ending show him as brown, and the same for SC2 portrait.
The rotation of a lot of Structures are only details, I think is not important, for Artanis I too think is better modify it for made a version more similar to the SC2 portrait, same Duke, he have the head too little...

But the rotation is a simple thing, and we'll obtain SC1 buildings without having models and new stuff. Artanis portrait need only to be brown IMO, the shape is more than ok (maybe his eyes a bit bigger)
I think the color is not derived by powers... and the SC1 images don't can be considered (non so come si dice in inglese) attendibili. A clear exemple is Overmind's Eye.

I can't use the pc with SC2, someone can add the new Robotic facility and make the Scantid unselectable in SC1mod but in SCBWmod is selectable?
Remember that scantipede also project a little shadow he is like cloacked but i don't know why
this I think is not too important, try to reduce the scale
