Are all the textures applied?? Cuz I think I included all three texture maps in there. I'm not sure if you have the maps that have alpha in them either....
I'm currently reworking the reaver's uv map by using 3dsmax's awesome algorithms.
i wouldn't have a clue. for ages i thought the texture wasnt working. the model was simply blank. then i just gave up and ran the game and they had textures o.0.
they are all in Assets\Textures\ with the model being in Assets\Units\Protoss\Reaver
Ok, try using this... I'm not sure how to get the protoss glittery effect, but the colors should be alot better now. The animations are done apparently, but the exporter isn't accomadating right now.. We'll be using the team forum as soon as it gets approved. It's funny how this thread is started by banned troll...
Edit: Ok, this one contains all the proper textures. When scaled down, it actually looks pretty decent. Hooray =D.

Also, guys, I would request the old Terran unit that was called the Predator. It was an air unit.
The Soul Hunter model was really nice, even if the unit wasn't necessarily, so I would request that one, too, afterwards.
All files have been deleted/moved to the team forums. We should be finished the reaver very shortly. We'll tell you guys when we're done =D. Post your suggestions for units on our team page, Custum Unit Development. As a final note, the textures are fine now =.= . I just forgot to make a spec map, and I realigned a few of the blue orbs. Future posting on this page will only be the signal that the reaver is complete, so please post your suggestions in the team page.

The animations are all finished, but again, I still haven't figured out why the animations are not exporting correctly (see: Not at all). As for the scaling, I know enough data editting to scale it correctly ingame so I don't have to mess with the model itself :X
Edit: Attached the animated file. Yeah I'm aware they're not the blizz-quality (lol) anims, but I'd say they're more or less going to look fine when properly imported into sc2.
All that's happening right now is getting headaches over our inability to use the exporter, and totally redoing the skins. Don't worry, we aren't' Infinity Ward, we'll get your guy's opinion before we do a final version.

What's wrong with posting the files here? Maybe someone can come in and do it for you if you can't. That's the advantage of posting it here. Don't see what's wrong with that. I dislike it when mod teams feel like game developers and make everything they do private and only share the development with their team and show something polished to public.

No worries, here's our current status:
The textures are working more or less as intended (Hey look, a Valve comment!)
The model is rigged and animated in 3ds Max
The .m3 exported from max shows all animations with correct sequence length, but does not actually animate. Might be a problem with the exporter itself, as I had to roll back to v1.6b to even get the anims to export that far.

This is actually a huge screw-up on my part. I misnamed a texture and forgot to include another texture.

It's not working for me either. It might be because of starting frames or something. Could you try and bug some people about this problem =D.
Anyways, is it possible for you to take down the .max file and post it on out team page instead?

Maybe you should share everything instead of hiding it behind closed doors. People might be able to help more if you are open about this.
Umm another question, will the model be able to change its colour if the team color is different? Look at the sc2 render version of the reaver .

Actually, textures have been totally redone. Lol valve does do that, don't they.... Still though, I appreciate them because of their FREE updates.
