I recorded a tutorial that is describing the simple and short process of creating a buff visual, that ppl attach overhead of a unit as a note that it has a buff on it.
I'd like to know how clear explainations are.
UPD: Another little tutorial. Now a simple model is based on a mesh instead of a plane.
Little tip, in stead of typing 0,0 for the X, Y and Z position, you can Right Click on the Up and Down Arrow next to the input box for X Y and Z and it automatically sets to 0,0
It's good for recording normal applications. Though, it doesn't see tooltips and some max little windows, like when I weld in the video. But it can't record SC2 in fullscreen, and also, when I record sc2 it in window mode, the sound has a tendency to desynchronize. Maybe it's fixed in later version.
As my experience says, there are 2 kinds of noobs: the ones who use search and the ones who doesn't. And it feels like none of these will benefit from putting tutorials in one place. But as DrSuperEvil suggested, tutorials could be linked from that new wiki tutorials section.

Very helpful, thanks for this.
Hope you make more in the future.
Great tutorial man. You should definitely create more like these :)

Considered making a wiki version of the tutorial here?

Hey Zolden, wouldn't it be cool to put all the recorded tutorials into 1 post?
