yeah I was thinking about making it to a full animated model but I need to finish the level art first.

Here is a little update. The arms were a bit too long compared to the body so I fixed them. Now I am adding some fine details to make it look like a stone =) Later I ll add a base or a pedestal and the sword may be a bit thinner. I also decided to remove head compleatly and there will be just a plane with no spec and black colour. I think this way it looks more sinister.
PS. For the face, I was thinking to make it a separate doodad. Something like in the end of first lotr movie
Looks great ( no it actually looks awesome ) but I recommend making the sword longer, I believe that, with the game angle it will probably look more like a tiny sword, and that would just be ridiculous right?

Here is another update. I am starting retopology and later I ll probably add some minor details like the wings on the helmet, some bolts and I am thinking to add a chain which connects the Pauldrons. Also the cracks may look too unnoticable from the game camera so I ll have to edit them but this will be clear after first bake.
PS. the game turned out not so great though and it was almost 7 years in production which is a bit long lol. I managed to work on it before uni and also after I graduated

Hmm, one variant idea that could be done is giving his helm "wings" akin to the left statue from my screenshot. (think, like the Captain in WC3 )

well its sort of.. I was working on the Splot mobile game during my summer holidays from uni but the art style was compleatly different there
