i completely redid it from scratch and still same problem... i zoomed in in the editor so that i could not see the edges but just the center
and i can see that it is actually increasing in size. i cant explain it.
i increased my edges to 200 and set the pivot
i cant even make a simple cylinder rotate properly.
im going to kill myself now thanks
Don't feel bad dude, it happens. I can't even get mine to export without it having random parts of it enlarged outside of the render distance. At least yours stays together.
I'll take a look at it tomorrow and try a few things to see if I can figure it out, as now I'm kind of interested because it wasn't just something you didn't think to do. Although I was happier then because I really thought I was right.... Maybe try animating it with a bone or node? That's the first thing I immediately think of but then again I'm tired so there's actually a pretty good chance this isn't even the right thread, I apparently do that a lot.
Me? No, it didn't occur to me that it would need it and I'm guessing it didn't to him either as he's just learning I think so probably hasn't done much with IK chains or bipeds; I thought it was going to be from SC rendering it weird at an angle that was aliasing really bad. And when I looked at it, it seemed to be what it might be so I didn't push it. But now I'm thinking that you probably need to use a bone for animated meshes. Which makes sense now that I think about it but still don't understand why it would do what it's doing.
IK is a controller for bones. I'm not familiar with the technical details, but on the exporter page, iirc, there was mention of the exporter having no support for controllers like IK.
I asked if the exporter supports controllers, and no reply.
Oh. I think I new controllers were different, I've always just said IK chain and bones when referring to the same thing. No one's ever corrected me before.

Ah, so you didn't apply a skin modifier and added bones?

I don't think the exporter supports IK or the max bipeds. I haven't tried it and use just simple bones instead.
Using bones to animate may fix the problems.

Is there a difference between an IK chain and bones?
