@JacktheArcher: Go I think you can't go far by trying to make it look like a female. As I suggested, use the Medic model as a source for animations, and also as inspiration for model changes.
But keep trying and having ideas. It's nice to see you here starting your own thread. Learning how to make things in Blender gave me more and more ideas for models, I'm sure it will happen to you too.
I figured I'd start one of these thingers and get some feedback and critiques.
I'll start by showing off my female marine. Which might not be amazing work when placed next to a regular marine you can tell the difference.
