I am looking to port some wc3 models; structures, doodads, units, and heroes. If someone could show me how that would be awesome, or if someone knows that it isn't possible at the moment that would be very helpful.
It appears that WC3 used a different model format "The model file in .mdx format (and its skin in .blp format)" so there's no way to transfer models, mostly because there's no way to convert files to .m3 (the sc2 model file format).

I don't think you should do that. Unless your using entirely wc3 models, everything wont blend. You'll have the wc3 models and the sc2 terrain, doodads, units, etc. Each game has a distinct style. It wont blend and the wc3 models are low quality. Unless you purposely for some reason want this, then just recreate the models.

At least not yet, that is, :).
